The catalogue is also published as DCAT, the standard data catalogue vocabulary. An open data portal can pull it in by pointing at this address.

The data is declared by municipal and departmental governments inside the system, and reviewed at the corresponding level before publication. Under current regulation, information feeding SIGIR carries the status of a sworn declaration.
What is published is what has been approved. An ongoing period may appear incomplete: the frequency column states how often each territory declared.
Not every municipality reports yet, so coverage varies between datasets and between periods.
What we do not publish
Recycler, operator and association records hold personal data: identity document, home address and photograph. They are not published, not even aggregated where the territory is small, because that would make the person identifiable.
To check whether a card or an authorisation is valid there is the QR lookup, which answers case by case without exposing the full register.
